Builds a core all‑weather mix and adds fast, rules‑based switches. It checks: trend (price vs its average), a “hot/cold” score (RSI = 0–100 gauge of how stretched recent moves are), and recent returns. If stocks look healthy, it tilts to tech (sometimes with 2–3x funds). If not, it parks in T‑bills/Treasuries or uses hedges/shorts. It can rotate into gold, commodities, the US dollar, or KMLM (a managed‑futures diversifier).
