A complex “all-weather” strategy that mixes stocks, bonds, gold, commodities, and the dollar, but aggressively chases tech when conditions look strong and quickly hides in safer or bearish positions when markets look dangerous.

This strategy spreads money across several mini-systems: stocks, bonds, gold, commodities, the U.S. dollar, and defensive cash-like funds. For each area, it checks whether prices are trending up or down and whether moves look too hot or too weak. If conditions look good, it may buy aggressive tech-heavy funds. If conditions look risky, it shifts into safer holdings, hedges, or even funds that rise when stocks fall.
