Step 1 (market regime): Compare 60‑day trends of ARKK (innovation stocks) vs QID (an inverse Nasdaq fund). If ARKK is stronger, it’s risk‑on; if QID is stronger, it’s risk‑off. Step 2 (pick the tool): Use a quick “hot/cold” gauge (RSI: high=overheated, low=washed‑out) plus bond and dollar cues to choose TARK (2× ARKK), or flip to SARK/SQQQ, and sometimes VIX, Treasuries, or gold.
