A daily, rules‑based blend that rides 3x S&P/Nasdaq in calm or oversold markets, buys dips, hedges/shorts semis when overheated, and parks in T‑bills when risk spikes. Uses RSI, volatility and bond cues. K‑1‑free ETFs only.

Daily, it checks market “heat” (RSI = 0–100 hot/cold score), volatility, recent pops/drops, and bond signals. Calm/uptrend: ride 3x S&P/Nasdaq (UPRO/TQQQ) or a 55/45 stocks–bonds barbell (TMF). Fast selloffs: buy dips. Overheated spikes: hedge/short semis (SOXS) or go to cash (BIL/BOXX). Stress: hide in T‑bills.
