This strategy is a ‘team of strategies.’ Each day, it checks several simple market clues—like whether the U.S. stock market is above its recent average, whether technology is stronger than utilities, or whether fear in the market is spiking. If conditions look healthy, it often buys aggressive stock funds, especially tech-heavy ones. If conditions look weak or fearful, it shifts toward defense: cash-like T-bills, bonds, gold, commodities, the U.S. dollar, utilities, or volatility funds. It then keeps only the 4 sub-strategies that have been working best recently.
