If yes, go risk‑on: buy 4 fast‑moving funds tied to tech/semis/Nasdaq/S&P/financials (picked by a quick strength score: RSI = has it gone up more than down?). If no, go risk‑off: pick defensives/hedges based on whether long‑term rates look to be rising or falling, with a 40% USD tilt when rates are rising.
