About

A daily, rules‑based plan that rides leveraged tech in uptrends, buys sharp dips, and adds crash hedges or shifts to defensive/cash when markets get overheated or weak. It uses RSI and moving‑average trend checks plus 1–4 day reversals to switch.
NutHow it works
Daily rules switch between offense and defense. In uptrends it rides tech with 3x funds (TQQQ/UPRO/TECL/SOXL). When prices look “hot” or after big 1‑day pops, it adds hedges (UVXY, SQQQ/SOXS) plus defensives (UUP, TLT/GLD). If trend weakens, it shifts to T‑Bills, Treasuries, or inverse funds. RSI = 0–100 ‘hot/cold’; low=dip, high=overbought. 200‑day average marks bull vs bear. Short‑term (1–4 day) moves trigger ‘buy the dip’/‘sell the rip.’ Key funds: TQQQ=3x Nasdaq; UPRO=3x S&P; TECL=3x Tech; SOXL=3x Semis; SQQQ=−3x Nasdaq; UVXY=volatility hedge; TLT/TMF=long Treasuries; UUP=dollar; GLD=gold; BIL/SHV=T‑Bills.
CheckmarkValue prop
Offers higher upside in tech leadership with an adaptive, risk-controlled framework. Out-of-sample annualized return: ~28.7% vs S&P ~16.5%; Calmar ~0.71. Hedge overlays and regime-switching aim to limit risk, but drawdowns can be larger (~40%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
