This strategy mostly trades QQQ, which holds many of the biggest U.S. tech and growth companies. If QQQ has fallen very hard recently, it buys QQQ. If QQQ has risen too fast, it gets defensive by splitting between BIL (short-term Treasury bills) and VIXY (a fund that tends to benefit when market fear jumps). Otherwise, it checks whether downside pressure looks manageable; if yes, it holds QQQ, and if not, it parks in BIL.
