About
A daily, rules-based switcher: uses a Nasdaq “heat” gauge and cross‑asset tells. Overheated → split into volatility hedge and cash; washed‑out → buy QQQ; otherwise, if defensives weak or credit strong → buy 3× QQQ; else sit in T‑bills.
Daily: check a “heat meter” (RSI 0–100) on Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ). If very hot (>80), go 50% VIXY (volatility hedge) + 50% BIL (T‑bills). If very cold (<30), buy QQQ. Else: if Utilities (XLU) or Staples (XLP) are weak, or corporate bonds (IGIB) are strong vs their own volatility, buy 3× QQQ (TQQQ). If none, hold BIL. Rebalance daily.
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~5.28 vs S&P ~2.29, much lower drawdown approx 1% vs approx 5%, and near-zero beta. A rules-based, regime-aware strategy aiming for superior risk-adjusted returns while preserving capital.
