This strategy checks the Nasdaq-100 through QQQ every day. If QQQ has surged too hard recently, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when markets panic. If QQQ has fallen hard recently, it buys TQQQ, a turbo-charged bullish Nasdaq fund. Otherwise it looks at defensive areas like utilities, consumer staples, and bonds. If those signals look weak, it buys TQQQ; if not, it parks in staples or bonds.
