It watches two things: heat/cold in recent prices and the market’s trend. - If the Nasdaq looks very “hot,” it adds volatility funds (insurance) or cash. - If we’re trending up and not overheated, it holds a diversified core (stocks + gold/bonds). - If we get a sharp dip, it buys a little extra tech. - In downtrends, it moves to T‑bills.
