A mostly stock-focused strategy that leans into U.S. large caps and tech when trends are good, but rotates toward cash, gold, bonds, and managed futures when markets look stressed.

This strategy splits money into 5 buckets. Most of it aims to own U.S. stocks, tech stocks, and some international stocks when markets look healthy. It checks simple trend signals and a “market stress” gauge to decide when to stay invested, shift to safer areas like cash, gold, inflation-protected bonds, or consumer staples, or use a more aggressive hedging/trading sleeve. It also keeps a small managed-futures position for diversification.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
