A mostly stock-focused strategy that tries to join market uptrends, but rotate into safer assets, gold, bonds, cash, and managed futures when markets look stressed.
NutHow it works
This strategy splits money into 5 buckets. Most buckets try to own U.S. stocks, tech stocks, or international stocks when markets look healthy. When markets look weak or panicky, they shift toward safer areas like Treasury bills, gold, inflation-protected bonds, consumer staples, or managed futures. It judges market health using simple trend checks (is price generally rising or falling?) and “too hot/too cold” checks (has something moved too far too fast?).

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
