If the market looks too hot, it shifts into “fear” and hedge funds like VIXY, BTAL, or EUM. If stocks look heavily sold off, it may buy aggressive 3x funds like TQQQ or UPRO. In weaker markets, it can move to cash-like Treasury bills (BIL) or bet against the Nasdaq with PSQ.
