This strategy is a very aggressive market-timer. It first checks whether the broad U.S. stock market looks healthy or weak using long-term trend lines. Then it asks whether markets look too hot or stressed using momentum gauges. If conditions look good, it buys the strongest high-growth areas—often leveraged funds tied to tech, semiconductors, financials, or Bitcoin-related assets. If conditions look dangerous, it shifts into hedges such as funds that rise when tech falls, Treasury-bond funds, cash-like T-bills, or volatility funds. It also uses KMLM—a managed-futures fund—as a “stress thermometer” to help decide whether to stay aggressive or turn defensive.
