This strategy acts like a fast-moving traffic system for money. It first asks: is the overall U.S. stock market in an uptrend or not? If yes, it chases the strongest high-growth areas—mostly leveraged bets on big tech, semiconductors, crypto-linked stocks, and sometimes financials. It also checks whether the market looks too hot or stressed using a “temperature gauge” called RSI and a stress-sensitive fund called KMLM. If things look overheated or dangerous, it can quickly switch into hedges such as volatility funds, short-market funds, bonds, or cash-like Treasury bills. In plain English: it tries to be very aggressive when the market is healthy, and very defensive—or even bet against the market—when conditions worsen.
