About

A rules‑based, high‑octane plan: ride tech/semis/financials (and some crypto) with leveraged funds when trends are strong; when hot or weak signals appear, hedge or go inverse with UVXY, Treasuries, T‑bills, BTAL. Daily, very volatile.
NutHow it works
Step 1: traffic light. If the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average, we’re Risk‑On; else Risk‑Off. Risk‑On: rotate into fast, leveraged funds tied to tech (3x Nasdaq), semis (3x chips), financials, plus some crypto. Heat/stress guard: a “hot/cold” gauge (RSI) and a managed‑futures barometer (KMLM). When they flash, shift to hedges: volatility (UVXY), Treasuries, T‑bills (BIL), or market‑neutral (BTAL). Risk‑Off: Treasuries or inverse tech/Nasdaq. Daily rebalance.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 2.31 vs 1.51 for the S&P, Calmar 21.7, with outsized upside from trend bets. Higher risk, but disciplined hedges aim for strong upside while mitigating drawdowns versus the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
