Daily, it checks two cues: trend and heat. - Trend: if the S&P 500 is rising, it plays offense; else, defense (often cash/T‑bills). - Heat (RSI = a “hot/cold” gauge): very cold = buy dips; very hot = hedge/short. - Offense: ride fast leaders (tech/Nasdaq, S&P, strong sectors; often via leveraged funds). - Defense: rotate to Treasuries, gold, oil/gas, EM, or volatility hedges. - Can switch to KMLM (managed‑futures) when commodity/rate trends lead. - High turnover; high risk.
