If its 5‑day average price is below its 35‑day average, move fully into IEI (3–7 year US Treasury bonds). 2) Otherwise, hold up to 5 equal‑weight picks from a preset list: the top 2 by 10‑day return (recent winners), the 1 most “oversold” by an 8‑day RSI (a dip), and the 2 with the smallest 30‑day drawdown (more stable). Trades only when signals change.
