A volatility‑aware, dip‑buying strategy: mostly TQQQ with a cash buffer when conditions are calm, Treasuries or cash when risk rises. Built as 50% cautious surfer + 50% “Yes Pops” to seek growth with smaller drawdowns.
NutHow it works
It splits money 50/50 between a cautious sleeve and a “Yes Pops” sleeve. It takes bigger bets only when markets are calm; otherwise it sits in Treasuries/cash. On sharp tech dips it buys TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) with a cash buffer (BIL). When tech looks overheated, it uses SQQQ (−3x) with cash. If no setup, it rotates among leveraged Treasury funds (TYD/TYO/TMF) or cash. Signals are simple “speedometers” (RSI: 0–100; low=oversold, high=hot) and volatility filters.
