This strategy is a fast-moving market timer. It checks whether stocks—especially tech and chip stocks—look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky using recent price trends and a “temperature gauge” called RSI. When conditions look good, it buys aggressive funds that amplify gains. When conditions look dangerous, it rotates into bearish funds, volatility hedges, Treasury bonds, gold, cash-like funds, or KMLM.
