This strategy is a daily market switcher. It mostly wants to own TQQQ, a 3x leveraged bet on the Nasdaq-100 (big tech/growth stocks). But first it checks market “stress” using VIXM, a fear gauge, plus signals from defensive sectors, junk bonds, bonds, and gold. If conditions look healthy, it leans into TQQQ. If markets look dangerous, it shifts to BTAL (a defensive fund), SQQQ (a bet against the Nasdaq), or sometimes BIL (short-term Treasury bills). It also tries to buy sharp tech selloffs for a rebound.
