Aggressive, rules‑based rotation that rides leveraged tech in uptrends and flips to hedges (shorts, Treasuries, gold, dollar) in selloffs. Buys dips when tech is washed out, hedges when too hot. Uses trend filters, a “heat meter” (RSI), and rate signals daily.

Each day it sizes up the market. If the S&P 500 is in a long‑term uptrend, it rides growth with leveraged Nasdaq/tech funds (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, FNGG) plus a small volatility sleeve, picking recent leaders and weighting steadier ones more. If the Nasdaq weakens (big recent losses or price below a short‑term average), it cuts risk and shifts to shorts/hedges (PSQ/SQQQ), long Treasuries (TMF/TLT), gold (GLD) and the US dollar (UUP). RSI is a “heat meter”: near 30 = dip to buy; near 80 = time to hedge. It can tilt to energy when rates rise.
