This strategy checks the market every day and asks: is tech rising, falling, overheated, or panicking? In good markets it usually buys aggressive tech funds like TQQQ, SOXL, or TECL. If stocks look stretched or shaky, it can shift into safer areas like long-term bonds, gold, the U.S. dollar, or even funds that profit when the Nasdaq falls. It also watches inflation and interest-rate stress, because that changes whether bonds or energy are the better shelter.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
