About

Rules‑based daily system. Rides strong tech with leveraged ETFs, buys dips when oversold, and flips to cash/Treasuries, volatility hedges, shorts, or KMLM when markets overheat or break down. High risk; uses 3x and VIX products.
NutHow it works
Daily, it decides: offense (market rising) or defense (falling). Offense: buy strong, fast‑moving stock indexes (mostly tech: TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), and add on dips using RSI—think a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves (high=hot, low=cold). Defense: shift to T‑Bills (BIL/SHV), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), short/volatility funds (PSQ/SQQQ/VIXY/UVXY), or KMLM—a trend‑following managed‑futures fund. Extra rules hedge if things overheat.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers ~17.4% annualized return vs ~8.9% for the S&P, with Calmar ~1.80 and active hedging. Drawdowns are higher (~9.7%) than SPY, but the upside potential is substantially larger, with competitive risk-adjusted performance.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
