A volatility‑aware, leveraged swing strategy that rotates among 3x S&P/Nasdaq, 3x long Treasuries, cash‑like T‑bills, and tactical tech/semiconductor longs or shorts. Buys major‑index dips in bears; runs a 3x stock/bond barbell in bulls. Very high risk.

It blends three rule sets that switch between: 1) a 3x stocks/3x bonds barbell (UPRO/TQQQ + TMF) in calm, bullish times; 2) a “buy big dips” play in rough markets (else sit in BIL T‑bills); and 3) a tech/semis module that rides trends (TECL/SOXL) or fades spikes (SOXS/TECS). It uses RSI (a 0–100 recent‑strength score), volatility, and drawdown filters to decide.
