About

Daily tactical switcher: uses a shipping gauge and RSI “heat” to buy volatility when markets are euphoric, buy dips in leveraged tech when oversold, and otherwise rotate among winners or safe havens. Uses leveraged/VIX ETFs; high risk.
NutHow it works
Daily it reads a shipping gauge (BDRY) and RSI, a 0–100 “heat” score: >80 = too hot, <30 = washed out. If markets are hot, it buys VIX ETFs (VIXY/VXX/UVXY/UVIX) that often jump when stocks drop, scaling with how hot things are. If markets are cold, it buys the dip in 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL). Otherwise it rotates into the strongest stock/commodity/bond funds or hides in T‑bills; a black‑swan switch jumps to VIX/cash on sudden spikes.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic regime-switching strategy delivers outsized, out-of-sample upside (~51% annualized) with strong risk-adjusted return (Calmar ~2.8) via volatility hedges and tactical rotations—beats the S&P with higher but managed drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
