About

Rule-based “buy the dip and trend” system. If tech is very hot, hedge with volatility (UVXY) + staples (XLP). If tech or the market is washed out, buy 3x bulls (TECL/UPRO) with some defense. Otherwise, own the 4 strongest 150‑day trends. Uses leveraged ETFs; very volatile.
NutHow it works
1) Check 10‑day RSI of TQQQ (a 3x tech‑heavy Nasdaq fund; RSI is a fast “too hot/too cold” gauge, 0–100). 2) If >79: move 50% to UVXY (volatility hedge) and 50% to XLP (defensive staples). 3) Else if <31: go 100% TECL (3x tech). 4) Else if SPY (S&P 500) RSI <30: split 50% UPRO (3x S&P) and 50% XLP. 5) Else: hold the top 4 over ~150 days from a basket of stocks, bonds, energy/commodities, gold, and USD (includes leveraged funds). Trades only on signals or ~5% drift. High risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~37.6% annualized return vs SPY ~20%, Calmar ~0.98, Sharpe ~0.86. Dynamic hedges and a multi-asset momentum basket aim for tech-driven upside while controlling drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
