A daily, rules-based Bitcoin strategy. It owns 0%, 33%, 67%, or 100% Bitcoin depending on whether price is above 350/400/450‑day averages, but only if short‑term heat isn’t extreme. Otherwise it holds Tether (a dollar-like stablecoin).

Each day it asks two things: 1) Is Bitcoin’s short-term “heat” reasonable (a 10-day speedometer is below 85)? If not, hold Tether (cash-like). 2) If yes, it checks if Bitcoin’s price is above its 350-, 400-, and 450-day averages. Each yes gives one‑third into BTC; each no goes to Tether.
