About
Trend-first ETF switcher. When SPY is above its 200‑day average, it rotates among QQQ/TQQQ/SOXL or a hedge (SPXS) using bond strength, gold heat, and volatility. Otherwise it holds T‑bills (BIL). Rebalanced daily; may use 3× leveraged funds.
Daily it checks trend: if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average, it can take risk; otherwise it holds BIL (T‑bills). If risk‑on, it uses strength scores (RSI = recent up vs down days, 0–100). If bonds (AGG) look stronger than the inverse S&P (SH), it then checks if volatility is calming (SVXY up 5 days). If yes: if GLD is very hot (RSI>70) ⇒ QQQ; else ⇒ TQQQ (3×). If volatility isn’t up ⇒ QQQ. Otherwise, if bonds (BND) beat QQQ: GLD hot ⇒ QQQ; else ⇒ SOXL (3× semis). If not ⇒ SPXS (−3× S&P). One ETF at a time.
Trend-first rotation with hedges aims for upside in uptrends with built-in risk control. OOS: ~29% annualized, Calmar ~1.05, Sharpe ~0.89. Higher drawdowns vs SPY, but adds diversification and volatility-aware signals.
