A 50/50 mix of a steady S&P 500 core and a fast-moving tactical sleeve that aggressively buys tech dips with TQQQ, but backs off into safer holdings when markets look too hot or too risky.

This strategy splits money in two halves. Half stays mostly steady: 90% in IVV (a plain S&P 500 fund) and 10% in VGSH (short-term U.S. Treasury bonds). The other half is active and aggressive. It watches tech, chip stocks, the S&P 500, and market fear. After sharp short-term drops, it often buys TQQQ, a turbocharged bet on big tech. If markets look overheated or fear jumps, it shifts to plain S&P 500 exposure or to VGSH for safety.
