Step 1: Is Bitcoin strong? It checks GBTC’s trend (price vs its 100‑day average) and a momentum “heat gauge” called RSI (0–100; high=hot, low=washed‑out). If hot and rising, buy Bitcoin. Step 2: If not in Bitcoin, it rotates daily among tech stocks, bonds, gold, the U.S. dollar, and commodities based on: stock trend (above/below 200‑day average), interest‑rate trend (via TLT), recent performance, and volatility spikes. It adds a small volatility hedge only at extremes.
