A high-risk market-timing strategy that usually bets hard on leveraged Nasdaq stocks, but switches to a volatility fund or cash-like T-bills when the market looks overheated, stressed, or unstable.

This strategy makes one big choice at a time: aggressive tech stocks, a volatility hedge, or cash-like T-bills. It usually wants to own TQQQ, a fund that moves about 3x the Nasdaq-100, so it heavily leans toward big tech/growth stocks. If that market looks too hot, or too chaotic, it switches to UVXY, which tends to jump when fear spikes. If conditions look risky but not favorable, it parks in BIL, a very short-term Treasury fund.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
