If strength is high (60‑day RSI > 60; RSI is a 0–100 hot/cold gauge), hold 55% long‑term Treasuries and 45% in major index funds. Else, split across S&P, Nasdaq, and Dow. • No: if the Nasdaq is very oversold (10‑day RSI < 31), buy a short‑term bounce via 2x tech/Nasdaq funds; else, split between a defensive basket of consumer‑staple and healthcare companies and a short‑term bond fund.
