Uses KMLM’s 200‑day trend as a market “traffic light.” In uptrends, equal‑weight the 7 strongest ETFs by 14‑day RSI from a broad sector/region list. In downtrends, hold 1 oversold defensive ETF (by 10‑day RSI). Rebalanced daily.

Each day it checks a single traffic light: KMLM, a managed‑futures ETF that reflects big market trends. If KMLM is above its 200‑day average (uptrend), go risk‑on: buy the 7 ETFs with the highest 14‑day RSI (a 0–100 score of recent ups vs downs; higher=stronger), equal‑weighted. If below, go defensive: buy 1 ETF from a bond/staples/utilities/healthcare list with the lowest 10‑day RSI (most oversold). Rebalance daily.
