A defensive market-timing strategy that usually hides in cash-like T-bills, but in weaker markets rotates into aggressive long/short stock bets or hedges like gold, the dollar, and commodities.

This strategy first checks whether the US stock market looks healthy. If it does, it mostly sits in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), which acts like cash. If the market looks weak, it becomes tactical: it may buy beaten-down “turbocharged” stock funds (TQQQ or SPXL), bet against falling stocks (SQQQ or SPXU), or move into hedges like the US dollar, gold, commodities, utilities, or short Treasury trades. It uses RSI, which is just a way of measuring whether something has fallen too hard or risen too fast recently.
