A fast-moving strategy that tries to profit from big swings in long-term U.S. bonds, flipping between bullish, bearish, and defensive positions, with occasional volatility hedges and rare tech trades.

This strategy is a rule-based switchboard that mostly trades U.S. government bonds. It usually chooses between: - TMF: a strong bet that long-term Treasury bonds will rise - TMV: a strong bet that they will fall - BND or SHV: safer bond/cash-like parking spots It also has side rules: if stocks look overheated, it can buy VXX (a fear/volatility product). If tech stocks look badly beaten down, it can briefly buy TECL (a leveraged tech fund). It uses simple trend and “too hot/too cold” tests based on recent price moves.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
