About

A daily, rules-based portfolio that lets bond strength decide when to own stocks (often Tech) versus hiding in staples, T‑bills, or shorting the S&P. Uses a simple momentum gauge, a 200‑day trend filter, and a buy‑the‑dip trigger.
NutHow it works
It splits into 3 equal sleeves and checks daily if US bonds (BND, IEI, TLT) look healthier than “short the stock market” funds (SH, PSQ) using a simple momentum gauge (RSI: higher=stronger, <30=very oversold). If bonds win, it owns stocks (often Tech: XLK, or QQQ/SPY). If bonds lose, it goes defensive: staples (XLP), T‑bills (SHV), or a mild short (SH). A 200‑day trend filter (SPY) and an “oversold” trigger in QQQ fine‑tune choices.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, bond-driven strategy tilting to tech when bonds look strong and defensive otherwise. Out-of-sample: lower drawdown than SPY, Calmar ~1.12 and Sharpe ~1.10, ~20% annualized upside (vs SPY ~23.5%).
