This strategy splits money into 3 equal parts and uses bond market strength as a warning system for stocks. If conditions look healthy, it buys stock funds like tech (XLK), the Nasdaq (QQQ), or the S&P 500 (SPY). If conditions look weak, it shifts to safer choices like consumer staples (XLP), very short-term Treasuries (SHV), or even a fund that goes up when the S&P 500 falls (SH). It also checks whether the market looks overheated or beaten down using short-term momentum readings.
