Each day, the strategy looks at 8 relatively defensive investments: several bond funds plus consumer staples, healthcare, and utilities. It measures which one has been the weakest over the last 10 trading days using RSI, a simple score of recent price strength. It then puts all the money into the single lowest-scoring fund, betting that recent weakness may bounce back.
