This strategy is a rule-based market switcher. It first asks: is the U.S. stock market in a healthy uptrend? Then it checks whether bonds are acting stronger than bearish tech bets, and whether tech has just crashed or bounced hard. Based on that, it rotates among 3 styles: a calmer stock/tech mix, very aggressive bullish funds, or bearish/volatility funds that can profit from market fear or falling prices.
