About

A fast, switch‑on‑signals strategy. It reads market trend and short‑term “heat” (RSI), then toggles between a tech‑tilted base, aggressive 3x bull bets on oversold dips, or bearish/volatility plays after big spikes. Heavy use of leveraged/inverse ETFs.
NutHow it works
It first checks the market’s trend (S&P 500 vs its 200‑day average). It also uses RSI, a 0–100 “speed/heat” score of recent price moves, to compare bonds vs “short tech.” Based on these, it either: (1) holds a tech‑heavy base mix, (2) jumps into 3x bull tech/semis on oversold dips, or (3) flips short/into VIX on big up‑spikes. Uses leveraged/inverse ETFs—high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~26% vs ~20% for the S&P, with Calmar ~1.27 and positive alpha. A regime-switching, tech-tilt strategy with volatility hedges targets higher upside and risk control—though it features larger drawdowns and leverage risk vs the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
