This strategy is a market-timing system that is always 100% in just one fund at a time. It mainly tries to answer: “Should I be bullish on big tech, defensive, or outright bearish?” It watches tech funds, bond funds, and a few trend/momentum signals. If conditions look healthy, it buys Nasdaq/technology funds. If conditions look shaky, it shifts to safer areas like consumer staples or low-volatility stocks. If conditions look bad, it buys funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
