Rules-based, one-holding strategy that rides Nasdaq upswings with a 3x fund, but pivots to short Nasdaq, Treasuries, or “fear” funds when markets look overheated or stressed, using trend filters and hot/cold readings to time moves.

Holds one ETF at a time. When the market’s long-term trend is up, it mainly rides a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ). If things get too hot or jumpy, it switches to “fear” funds (VXX/UVXY), Treasuries (TLT), or even a 3x inverse Nasdaq fund (SQQQ). In downtrends it prefers SQQQ or TLT, only buying TQQQ on deep selloffs. It uses simple heat/cold gauges (RSI), recent drops, and 20/200‑day averages to decide.
