This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system. Most of the time it tries to own stock-market funds—especially tech—often using turbocharged versions that move about 3x as much. But when the market looks too hot, too shaky, or suddenly drops, it may switch fast into panic-related volatility funds or into a cash-like Treasury-bill fund. It constantly asks: Is the market trending up, overextended, or stressed?
