A very aggressive market-timing strategy that mainly trades leveraged US stock and tech funds, moves to Treasury bills when risk rises, and sometimes bets against overheated tech or buys sharp dips.

This strategy splits money across 3 fast-moving trading systems. Most of the time it tries to own aggressive US stock funds tied to the S&P 500, Nasdaq, or technology. When markets look shaky, it moves to short-term Treasury bills (BIL), a cash-like safe place. It also sometimes bets against overheated tech after big rallies, and buys sharp dips when it expects a bounce. To decide, it checks recent market behavior over many time windows: how jumpy the market has been, whether stocks are stronger or weaker than very safe bonds/cash, whether tech looks too hot or too washed out, and whether fear in the market is rising. In calm, healthy markets it leans bullish. In rough markets it becomes defensive or very short-term opportunistic.

Out-of-sample annualized return ~35% vs S&P ~20%, with positive alpha. A three-sleeve tactical approach chasing tech-led gains while hedging with cash/Treasuries. Higher upside, but bigger drawdowns and complexity.
