A daily, tactical blend that rides uptrends with 3x stock funds (UPRO/TQQQ), buys sharp dips, and shifts to T‑Bills/bonds or short‑term hedges when volatility or stress rises. Very active and high risk.

- Checks how jumpy markets are (volatility). Calm = more aggressive; bumpy = cautious. - If stocks look stronger than safe bonds (RSI = hot/cold gauge), buy 3x stock funds: UPRO (S&P 500) and/or TQQQ (Nasdaq), sized by recent steadiness. - If not, sit in cash-like BIL or pair stocks with 3x long bonds (TMF). - Buys dips after ~5% 5‑day drops (but avoids chasing big 1‑day pops). - When things look overheated or VIX rises, briefly hedge (VXX) or step aside.
