A daily, rules‑based blend that buys 3x stock funds on calm pullbacks, uses a 3x stocks + 3x Treasuries barbell when very calm, and hides in T‑bills or USD when stress rises. Uses a simple “heat gauge” (RSI) to pick and size positions.

It dials risk up/down each day. If markets are calm and have dipped ~5% in 5 days, it buys 3x stock funds UPRO (S&P 500) and TQQQ (Nasdaq 100), sizing toward the steadier one. If very calm, it uses a 55% stocks + 45% TMF (3x long Treasuries) mix. If stress or losses rise, it parks in BIL/SHY (T‑bills). A side sleeve uses a simple heat gauge (RSI: higher=recent gains) to rotate among UPRO/TQQQ or bonds (AGG/IEF/TMF) and sometimes USDU (long USD).
