A daily trading strategy that mixes aggressive stock bets, Treasury bonds, and cash-like funds, shifting based on market calm/stress, recent momentum, and sharp market dips.

This strategy splits money into 3 parts. Most of the time it rotates among very aggressive U.S. stock funds (UPRO/TQQQ), long-term Treasury bonds (TMF), or a cash-like Treasury-bill fund (BIL). It checks whether the market is calm or stressed, whether stocks or short-term bonds have stronger recent momentum, and whether the S&P 500 or Nasdaq just had a sharp drop. In fear spikes, part of it can hide in the U.S. dollar (USDU).

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
