A daily, rules-based, risk-managed blend that chases strong trends or tech/S&P dips with leveraged funds (TQQQ/UPRO), but quickly retreats to long Treasuries (TMF) or cash-like T‑bills (BIL) when volatility or drawdowns rise.

Daily it toggles between: TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) or UPRO (3x S&P 500) for offense; TMF (3x long U.S. Treasuries) for defense; BIL (T‑bills) as cash. It checks recent volatility, big short-term drops (“buy the dip”), and simple momentum gauges (RSI: 0–100; higher=stronger). Calm/strong = more TQQQ/UPRO; shaky = shift to TMF/BIL. A 50% sleeve holds TQQQ unless bond/vol signals say stop; in extremes it may briefly use UVXY or SOXL. Rebalanced daily.
