Rules: buy 3x stocks after ~‑5% weekly dips (unless a big 1‑day rebound), run a 55/45 stocks–Treasuries barbell when calm, hide in BIL when volatility spikes, and flip to SOXS if Nasdaq gets very “hot” (RSI=0–100 strength score).
