It shifts daily among a few funds, depending on trend, volatility, and recent moves. - Risk-on: 3x stock funds (TQQQ=Nasdaq; UPRO=S&P 500), sometimes with 3x long bonds (TMF). - Safety: cash-like T‑bills (BIL). - Hedges/short-term: SQQQ (short Nasdaq), SOXL/SOXS (semis bull/bear). “RSI” = a 0–100 recent‑strength score. Buys dips (~−5% in 5 days), cools off after +5% days, and steps aside when volatility/drawdowns rise.
